Thad Stanley is a Reverse Mortgage Specialist with seven years of experience in the industry. He is dedicated to listening to his clients and understanding their personal goals and values, then discussing whether a reverse mortgage is a good fit for them.

“Being honest and helping clients think through their options is important to me,” said Thad. “I build trust by having an open discussion about pros and cons of various solutions, then letting the people decide whether or not reverse mortgage would benefit them.”

He is a transplanted Midwesterner with military experience, which helps him relate to some of his clients. Since he’s lived in many different places, he can often find some sort of geographical or regional connection to begin a good conversation.

Thad currently resides in Fair Oaks, California and enjoys working on projects around his house and is very involved with his church. He also enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
